Registration
If the mark during examination has been found registrable and no oppositions been filed, or the opposition(s) filed decided upon in favour of applicant, and the registration fee has been paid, the mark will be registered and the registration be published in the (bi-monthly) Official Gazette of Registered Trade Marks; if the registration fee is not paid in time, the application shall be deemed withdrawn. The publication in said Gazette will contain: the date of registration, date of application, a representation of the mark, the list of goods or services and an indication of the class(es) concerned, the name and nationality of the owner of the mark, the name of the agent (if any), and further relevant particulars. A certificate of registration will be issued. The Trade Mark Register is open to public inspection and copies thereof may be obtained on payment of the required fee.
